We surveyed our customers and the results are the strongest possible endorsement of how Concert Technologies' "No Site Left Behind" guarantee delivers the great experience that Customers expect and deserve.

Key findings include:

  • Net Promoter Score of 69 (a promoter score in line with businesses like Amazon, Southwest Airlines, and Apple)
  • 97.1% of customers stated that they would purchase services from Concert Technologies again
  • 94.3% of customers rate Concert Service Quality as "High" or "Very High"
